Refund policy

Defective, damaged, or wrong items. If anything arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at mcmatt723@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Change-of-mind returns. Unused flies in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to start a return. Email mcmatt723@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refund timing. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.
